Nancy's Bean and Pea Salad
1 can French Style green beans
1 can Leseur peas(may substitute any very early small peas)
l med. onion chopped
2-3 pieces of celery chopped
1 small jar diced pimento
4 T of water
Drain beans and peas and add above ingredients.
In another bowl, combine:
1/2 cup oil
1 1/4 cup sugar(may substitute 2 1/2 T liquid sweetner) I use granulated Splenda
1 1/2 t. salt
1 cup vinegar
Pour over bean/pea mixture. Refrigerate overnight. Drain before serving.
